With over 32 years at P&G, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s India operations from $100 million to over $1 billion, making it one of India’s fastest-growing FMCG businesses. Later, as the first Managing Director of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, he transformed the company into a market leader through consumer insights, digitization, innovation, and culture-building, retiring as Vice Chairman in 2024.
